ನೀರು/water– 2 cups
ಎಣ್ಣೆ/Oi– 3 tbsp
ತುಪ್ಪ/Ghee — 1 tbsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ /Cumin seeds–1 tsp
ಚೆಕ್ಕೆ/Cinnamon–2 small pieces
ಲವಂಗ/Cloves –4
ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಹೂ/Star anise–1
ಕಲ್ಲು ಹೂ/stone flower–little
ಟೊಮೇಟೊ /Tomatoes–5 medium sized
ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ/Green chilies–2
ಕರಿಬೇವು /Curry leaves –few
ಅರಿಶಿನ/Turmeric powder–1/4 tsp
ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ/Coriander seeds powder–1 tsp
ಅಚ್ಚ ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ/Red chili powder–1 tsp
