With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare

Raagi mudde

Ingredients

Raagi(Finger millet) flour — 2 cups
water — 4 cups
ghee — 1 tbsp (optional)

Methods:
To the raagi flour add half the water and mix it without any lumps.remaining water boil and when the water boils add ghee and mix well.
add the ragi flour and mix it well and stir the continuously till the mixture seperates from the vessel and start rolling it on a plate to form mudde.
