How to prepare Paneer Butter Masala | Restaurant style | Dhaba style | Recipe | Gravy

Most of the food here are made keeping the Indian Palette in consideration to keep the recipe as authentic as possible, although these foods may be what any South Asian may relish. It’s important to keep in mind the spices used must be taken into account by the viewer and cook according to their threshold, preference and health conditions.

With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare

Paneer butter masala
Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gms
Tomatoes – 3 finely chopped
Onion cubes -3
Onion finely chopped -2
Fresh ginger-2 inches
Fresh cream-2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Jal jeera powder –1/4 tsp
White sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts –4 to 5
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Cloves -4
Cinnamon sticks—2 inches
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Butter – 50 gms
Salt to taste

Method:
Take a pan and put half butter and melt it and add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds.

Stir for a while and add cashews and white sesame seeds and sauté for a while till the sesame seeds and cashews change color and add finely chopped ginger and onion cubes. fry till onions become transparent. Add tomatoes and cook till they become soft and mushy.

Now add turmeric, red chili powder, jal jeera powder and garam masala powder and give a thorough mix and cook for a while.
Add salt and mix it well and allow this mixture to cool completely and blend it into a smooth paste.

Now in a kadai put the remaining butter and add chopped onions and saute for a while and add paneer cubes and saute for a while and add the mixture and give a good stir and serve hot.
