Tomato rasam

Ingredients:

Riped tomatoes: 3
Green chilli :1
Red chilli :2
Water : ½ cup
curry leaves : few(10-12)
Coriander leaves: handful finely chopped
Rasam Powder : 2 tsp (https://youtu.be/AFshwfziedU)
salt : to taste
Ghee :1 tsp
Jaggery powder:1 tsp
turmeric : 1/4 tsp
Asafatida : ¼ tsp
Mustard: 1 tsp

Procedure:
Add tomatoes and green chilli to a pressure cooker and ad water about 1 cupand pressure cook for two whistles.
Once the tomatoes are cooked grind them to a smooth paste.To the remaining water add rasam powder,salt and jaggery and bring it to a boil.
Add the grinded tomato paste to the boiling rasam and cook for another 5 mins.Now add turmeric and corriander leaves and bring it to a boil.
For seasoning ,take a small pan ,add ghee and heat it up.To this add mustrad and allow it to crackle.Now add asfatida,curry leaves and red chilies.
Now pour it on the rasam and serve it hot with rice.
