Most of the food here are made keeping the Indian Palette in consideration to keep the recipe as authentic as possible, although these food may be what any SouthAsian may relish .It’s important to keep in mind the spices used must be taken into account by the viewer and cook according to there threshold, preference and health conditions.

With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare

Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
Coconut (Grated) – 1
Groundnuts (Roasted ) – 1 teaspoon
Green Chillis – 4
Tamrind – small lemon sized
Corriander Leaves – Handful
Salt – to taste
Water – As required

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Asafetida – half a tea spoon

Procedure:
Take a mixer jar
Add tamrind,Green chillies, groundnuts, corriander leaves, grated coconut.
Add half a cup of water.
Add Salt.
blend it to a smooth paste

Transfer the contents into a bowl.

Seasoning:
Take a small kadai.
Put oil and heat.
Once oil is heated add mustard and asafateda.
Saute for a while
It is done when the mustard sees starts pluteering.

Transfer it onto the chutney.Mix it well
This goes good with Dosa and Idli.
