Most of the food here are made keeping the Indian Palette in consideration to keep the recipe as authentic as possible, although these foods may be what any South Asian may relish. It’s important to keep in mind the spices used must be taken into account by the viewer and cook according to their threshold, preference and health conditions.
With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare
Cluster beans rice bath
Ingredients:
Cluster beans : 500 gms
Cooked rice :1 -1 and ½ cups

Mustard :1/2 tsp
Urud dal(black gram dal) :1 tsp
Channa dal(bengal gram dal) :1 tsp
Oil :2 tsp
Turmeric :1/2 tsp
Salt :to taste
Water : 2 cups
Tamarind : a small lemon size
Procedure:
Wash and finely cut cluster beans and keep aside. Take a pan add oil and heat it up. Now add mustard and allow it to crackle. Add bengal gram dal and urud dal and saute for awhile till the dals change color.
Add turmeric and cluster beans and mix well. Extract the tamarind juice and add and cook till the beans is cooked soft. Add water and cook till the beans is cooked softly. Add salt and Vangibath powder and mix well. Close the lid and simmer for 5 mins so that the raw smell of the Vangibath powder is gone.
Now take big vessel , add cooked rice and beans curry and mix well. Serve it hot.
