Most of the food here are made keeping the Indian Palette in consideration to keep the recipe as authentic as possible, although these food may be what any SouthAsian may relish .It’s important to keep in mind the spices used must be taken into account by the viewer and cook according to there threshold, preference and health conditions.

With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare

Chayote Curry

Ingredients:
Chayote (chopped) – 750g
Oil – tbsp
mustard – 1 tsp
salt – to taste
Fresh Grated Cocnut – 1 cup
turmeric – 1/2 tsp
green chillies (finely chopped) – 4
Corriander leaves ( finely chopped) – 1 cup
Water ( to cook Vegeables ) – 1 cup

Procedure:
Take a pan
Add oil.
Once oil is heated, add mustard
Once the mustard starts spluttering add turmeric, green chilies and cut vegetable
Mix well.
Add water and mix it well.
Close the lid and cook til vegetable becomes soft
Once vegetabke is half cooked,add coconut, corriander leaves and mix it throoughly.
Cook till vegetable becomes soft
Add Salt and mix throuhjly.
Add salt if required
Close lid and simmer it for 5 mins.

Chayote Curry Is ready.
Can be had with Chapati and Rice.
