Ingredients:

Capsicum :4
Carrots :3
KnolKhol :2
Tomatoes :3
Potatoes :2
Beans :few(15-20)
Onions :3
Toor Dal :1 cup
Turmeric :1/2 tsp
Fresh coconut :1 cup(grated)
Bisibelebath Powder :4 tbsp( https://youtu.be/W607EgUP1nI )
Red chilies : 4
Poppy seeds : 1 tsp
Rice : 2 cups(soaked in 4 cups of water)
Tamarind : A small lemon size(washed and soaked in water)
Oil : 2 tbsp
Mustard :1/2 tsp
Curry leaves : 10-15
Asafoetida :1/4 tsp
Procedure:
To a pressure cooker add washed toor dal and all vegetables except capsicum and onions.
Add turmeric ,1 tsp of oil and 2 1/2 cups of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.In the mean time cook rice separately in a pressure cooker for only 1 whistle.
For preparing the masala,take a mixer jar ,add bisi bele bath powder,grated coconut,poppy seeds and tamarind along with the water and grind it to a smooth paste.
Once the dal and vegetables are cooked,take a thick bottom vessel and heat it up.
Add oil and heat.Add mustard and allow it to crackle.Now add asafoetida and curry leaves and saute for 2 mins.Now add onions and saute till onions turn transparent. Add capsicum and saute till capsicum becomes soft.Add the grinded paste and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water mix well and bring it to a boil till the raw smell of the masala is gone.Keep stirring.Now add cooked dal and vegetables and mix well and add water to adjust the consistency and bring it to boil .Add salt and mix well.To this add cooked rice and the rice has to get cooked soft in the sambar. Add ghee and mix well.For seasoning ,take a small kadai ,add oil and heat it up.
Add red chilies and curry leaves and saute for a while. transfer it to bisibelebath.
Hot and tasty bisibelebath is ready to serve.
