How to prepare Beans sambar/beans huli/
Beans sambar
Ingredients Qnty
Beans 300gms
Toor dal 100 gms
Tomato chopped 2
Turmeric ½ tsp
Riped chillies 2
Tamarind soaked Lemon size
Sambar powder 3 tbsp( https://youtu.be/rqbc-Mzq6oo )
salt To taste
Ghee 2 tbsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Asafetida 2 pinches
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves ½ cup

Method:
Clean and cut beans and tomatoes, wash and soak toor dal.
Put all in pressure cooker along with turmeric and cook for 2 whistles.
Now squeeze tamarind juice and mix sambar powder in this.
Take a thick bottom pan and add this mixture pour some water and bring it to a boil.
Now add cooked dal and vegetables and bring it to a boil and add salt and coriander leaves.
For seasoning, take a kadai and add ghee and when ghee melts add mustard and asafetida and curry leaves and mix it in sambar and serve hot…
