Beans sambar
Ingredients

Beans 300gms
Toor dal :: 1 cup
Tomato chopped 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Riped chilies 2
Tamarind soaked Lemon size
Sambar powder :: 2 tbsp ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cV9irKv91Ls&list=PLptfBwX3O9UlmTxfPgytuNn5C54wyhljf&index=8 )
salt To taste
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Asafoetida
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves handful Finely chopped

Method:

Clean and cut beans and tomatoes, wash and soak toor dal.
Put all in pressure cooker along with turmeric and cook for 2 whistles.
Now squeeze tamarind juice and mix sambar powder in this.
Take a thick bottom pan and add this mixture pour some water and bring it to a boil.
Now add cooked dal and vegetables and bring it to a boil and add salt and coriander leaves.
For seasoning, take a kadai and add ghee and when ghee melts add mustard and asafoetida and curry leaves and mix it in sambar and serve hot…
