Ingredients:

Puff Balloon Puri:
3 cups wheat flour
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup roasted rice flour
1/2 cup semolina
water, salt and oil as required

Potato Masala:
2 potato
1 onion
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
3 dried red chilli
curry leaves
chopped ginger
3 sliced green chilli
salt as required
1 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Boiling water as required
1 cup thick coconut milk
