Traditional Sweet || Kerala Style Black Rice Halwa || Karutha Aluva / Halwa || Salu Kitchen Ep#601

Halwa is a rich sweet, and this traditional variant from Salu Kitchen is an all-time favourite here in Kerala. Found predominantly in ‘thattukada’. The effort required is humongous, but the fruit of labour is amazing. It is very tasty and is rich with coconut milk, ghee, rice flour and nuts among other ingredients such as cardamom.
