Ingredients:
Mango Pudding:
Biscuits & butter as required
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mango pulp
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup water
Mango candy:
2 cup mango
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp powdered sugar
sugar / desiccated coconut as required to coat
Mango Pie:
1 ripe mango
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp water
bread of choice
1 egg
bread crumbs
oil as required to fry
