വളരെ എളുപ്പവും ആരോഗ്യകരവും || Healthy Paratha || Paalak || Salu Kitchen || Ep#600

1. a bundle of paalak
2. wash the leaves well, and snip off the lower stem
3. boil water
4. add salt as required
5. as the water starts boiling, add the leaves and let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame
6. take the leaves out after 5 minutes
7. finely chop these cooked leaves
8. do not discard the water that has come, use it for further cooking
9. transfer to a large bowl
10. add 2 cups of wheat flour
11. ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
12. ½ tsp turmeric powder
13. less than ¼ tsp black pepper powder
14. less than ¼ tsp garam masala
15. for kneading, take some water and add salt as required to it
16. knead first without adding water, and then gradually add water in parts as required until required structure is obtained
17. knead well using effort, only then the dough becomes soft
18. coat with 1 tsp oil
19. keep aside for 30 minutes
20. after 30 minutes, knead again and divide into balls
21. sprinkle some wheat flour over the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten
22. while using rolling pin, do not use force and press down the dough, do it freely
23. to a hot skillet, place the dough sheet
24. flip when one side is cooked
25. coat with butter if required
26. flip when bubbles start appearing
27. paalak paratha is ready
