Simple Egg Biriyani made in Pressure Cooker from Salu Kitchen

Friday Special || വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച്ച സ്പെഷ്യൽ || Easy Pressure Cooker Egg Biriyani || Salu Kitchen

1. 5 boiled egg
2. 3 small raw potato
3. Poke with a fork
4. ¾ tsp chilli powder
5. ½ tsp turmeric powder
6. ¼ garam masala
7. Salt as required
8. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a cooker
9. Fry 4 sliced onion
10. To cook 1 cup rice, use 1¼ cups of water. Before cooking, soak the rice for 5 minutes and then drain
11. Add the egg and potato to oil and cook for 2 minutes
12. To the same oil, add 1 tbsp ghee and add 4 cinnamon sticks, 5 cloves, 1 tsp sha jeera
13. Add 4 sliced onions
14. Mix with 2½ tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
15. ½ tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp Bombay biriyani masala powder
16. Add some chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
17. Add 2 green chilli , 3 chopped tomatoes and 3½ tbsp. curd
18. Close with lid and let it cook
19. Open the lid and keep aside some gravy
20. To the remaining, add some of the eggs and potatoes and reduce flame
21. Add half the rice, alongwith the chopped leaves
22. Add 1 cup of boiling water , and level the rice
23. Add the remaining eggs and potatoes and the kept aside gravy
24. Add ¼ cup of boiling water over it
25. Add the chopped leaves and fried onions
26. Close with lid, place weight and cook until 1 whistle
27. Turn off flame and let the pressure release
28. Separate the rice using fork and serve hot
