Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
2 onions sliced
3 small carrots
3 green chillies
1 capsicum
handful of yard long beans
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 shredded chicken (boiled chicken+salt+black pepper) [optional]
3 tbsp ghee
3 cardamom
3-4 cloves
2-3 cinnamon sticks
cashew nuts and raisins as required
5-6 garlic cloves crushed
salt as required
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
3 cups boiling water
cook until 1 whistle (depends on cooker)
