Today I am making a healthy protein rich multigrain dosa that goes well with 2 types of chutney that I show in this video. All 3 items are a good combination and can be tried for breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients:

Multigrain Dosa:
1 cup raw rice
1/4 cup black gram / uzhunnu
1/4 cup pottukadala
1/4 cup cherupayar parippu
1/4 cup sambar parippu
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
3 green chillies
2 stem curry leaves
1 piece ginger
3 cloves of garlic
salt as required

chutney 1:
17 shallots
3 dried red chilli
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
asafoetida and salt as required
water if required

Chutney 2:
2 garlic cloves
2 green chilli
coriander leaves
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp pottu kadala
salt as required
