Ingredients:
Wheat Butter naan:
3 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
salt as required
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 garlic cloves crushed
2.5 tbsp thick curd
oil as required
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup water (use as required)
for naan topping :
2 garlic cloves crushed
chopped coriander leaves
black sesame seeds
butter
Special gobi manchurian:
1 cauliflower
salt as required
water as required
for first coating:
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt as required
for second coating/batter:
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp cornflour
6 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as required
water as required for paste
for sauce:
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
permitted red food colour 2 drops (not recommended)
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vinegar
water as required
oil as required to fry the cauliflower
for final mix:
2 tbsp oil used to fry the cauliflower
2 – 3 crushed garlic cloves
2 onions sliced
some capsicum slices
water as required
2 tsp sugar
