1. 1 cup roasted semolina
2. ½ cup dessicated coconut (how to make dessicated coconut : https://youtu.be/AU6-a4qYxek?t=6m25s) ; fresh coconut scraping can be used, but then the laddoo would not last long
3. ½ cup sugar and 10-12 cardamom; powder them together
4. lukewarm fresh milk
5. cashew nuts and raisins as required
6. melt 2 tbsp ghee in a hot pan
7. roast the cashew nuts and raisins in the hot ghee
8. add the semolina to the same pan with ghee and roast again
9. turn off the flame and transfer to a wide bowl
10. add the dessicated coconut
11. add the powdered sugar-cardamom mix
12. add permitted food colour to the milk (optional)
13. if colour is not required, then add the milk to the semolina and mix well till required state
14. when it is the required level, at this stage, add the roasted cashew nuts and raisins
15. roll into balls tightly
16. Rava laddoo is ready to be served
