This is a simple yet delicious recipe that can be prepared even by beginners.

Crispy Rava Dosa:
Rava – 1/2 cup
Roasted Rice zflour – 1/2 cup
whewt flour- 1/4 cup
Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Chopped onion – 1
Coriander leaves -a handful
250 ml cup – 3 Cup water

Moru Curry :
Cucumber – 1 Small
green vhilli – 2
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

For grind : Coconut – 1/4 cup
green chilli -2
cumin seed – 1tsp
Ginger – a small piece
shallot – 1
water – 1/4 cup.
Laben – 1/2 litter.
Splitter : coconut oil- 1 tbsp
mustard seeds – 1 tsp
dry chilli – 2
curry leaves – some
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Assafoitida -1/4 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder – 1/4 tsp

Mezhukkupuratti : potato – 3.or 4
Brijal – 2
Ladies finger 1/4 kg
green chilli – 2

Easy Cooker Mutton curry :
Mutton – 1kg
coconut oil – 3 tbsp
fenugreek – 1/4 tsp
cinnamon stick – 4
cloves – 4
crushed cardamom – 1/4 tsp
chopped onion -3 big
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
green chilli crushed -3

For masala: coriander powder -1 1/2 tbsp
chilli powder ‘ 2 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
garam masala powder – 1/2 tbsp

Tomato – 1 big
coriander leaves – a hand full
water – 2 tbsp
