Ingredients:
Easy perfect Kuboos :
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp curd
2 tbsp olive oil
salt as required
water as required
some oil to coat
let it rest for 2 hours
Chicken Marinade:
3 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1.5 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt as as required
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tbsp curd
2 tbsp oil
Garlic sauce / thoum:
2 egg whites
extract of half lemon
1/2 cup oil
6 small garlic cloves
salt as required
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
