Easy breakfast and supper combo with soft aloo paratha and egg roast. The spice mix is different from the usual recipes. This is a very simple recipe and can be made by even beginners.
Egg Masala Curry
cinnamon stick
cardamom-2
cloves -3
Egg – 5
onion – 1
green chilli- 2
coriander leaves – a handfull
curd 2 tbsp
chilli powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1tsP
turmeric pPwder – 1/2 tsP
cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
salt to taste
