In other parts of the country, Sabudana vada is the best option to have when fasting. But here is a twist we are making a filling with hung curd & cheese so you can have it any day anytime.

Ingredients
1 cup Sago (soaked)
2 Potatoes (boiled, peeled & grated)
8-9 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1½ inch Ginger (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Carom Seeds (crushed)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Peanuts (grated)
3 tbsp Wheat Flour
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Peri Peri Masala
1 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
½ cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
Oil (as required)
200 gms Hung Curd
100 gms Cheese (grated)
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (as required)
Oil (for deep frying)
2 tbsp Peri Peri Masala
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Peri Peri Masala
