Ingredients:-
1 cup Basmati Rice
¼ cup Pigeon Peas
¼ cup Green Gram Dal
¼ cup Red Lentil
2 tsp Ghee
1 tbsp Oil
1½ tsp Mustard Seeds
1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
8-10 Cloves
2-inches Cinnamon Sticks
10-12 Curry Leaves
3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Onion (chopped)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Kaala Masala Powder
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
1 Potato (cut into cubes)
½ cup Green Peas
¼ cup Carrots (chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
juice of half a Lemon
Water (as required)
