Ingredients:-
2 cups Jowar/Sorghum Flour
Warm Water
Method:-
In a plate add Jowar flour, warm water and knead it into a dough.
The dough should be soft.
Take a portion of the dough and make a ball.
Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bread or bhakri or you can even do it with the help of a rolling pin.
Place the bhakri on a hot pan and spread some water on it.
Keep the gas on high flame and when the water evaporates, turn it on the other side.
Now put the pan away and lift the bhakri using tong and roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides.
