Ingredients:-
½ cup Ghee
1½ cup Wheat Flour
½ cup Semolina
1 cup Milk
2 pinches of Saffron strands
Raisins
½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 bowl Jaggery, chopped
Method:-
– Heat ghee in a pan and add wheat flour, semolina and roast until the ingredients change in colour.
– Add milk and turn the flame to high.
– Then add saffron, raisins and cardamom powder. Mix well.
– Now add jaggery and mix well until the jaggery melts.
– Cover with a lid and cook until steamed and serve.
Delicious Gavhacha Halwa is ready to eat!
