5 Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed)
1 1/2 Cup Cabbage (Grated)
1/4 Cup Carrot (Grated)
2 tbsp Capsicum (Finely Crushed)
2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tbsp Cottage Cheese (Grated)
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Beetroot Juice
2 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste
Salt (as per taste)

3 tbsp Cornflour
3 tbsp Plain Flour
Salt (as per taste)
Water

Cornflour Slurry
Bread Crumbs

Oil (for frying)

For Preparing Veg Lollipop Gravy:
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (Crushed)
1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Cabbage (Grated)
1 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (Finely Chopped)
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Water
1 tsp Sugar
Salt (As per taste)
Cornflour Slurry
Water
