Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
Coriander
1 tbsp. Mix Masala (मिक्स मसाला च्या पाककृतीसाठी या लिंक वर क्‍लिक करा:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hL3CLWKh0m8)
Salt, to taste
150 gms. Broad Beans (Soak in water overnight and tie in a muslin cloth)
Water
1 bowl Thick Coconut Milk

Method:-
– In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, tomato, onions, coriander and saute.
– Cook for 2 minutes until the onion turns soft.
– Now add the mix masala, salt, broad beans and water.
– Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
– Then add coconut milk and boil again for 5-10 minutes covered with a lid.
– Garnish with coriander and serve.

Valache Birde is ready to eat!
