Ingredients:
250 gms Jaggery (Chikki Gul)
250 gms Sesame Seeds (Til)
1 tbsp Ghee
3-4 tbsp crushed Groundnut
1 tsp chopped cashews
1 tsp Raisins
1/2 cup roasted & grated coconut
1 tsp Cardamom powder

२५० gm तीळ
१ मोठा चमचा तूप
३-४ चमचे शेंगदाण्याचे कुट
१ चमचा काजूचे तुकडे
१ चमचा मनुका
१ मोठा चमचा भाजलेलं खोबरं
१ चमचा वेलची पावडर
Method:
– Heat a pan, add gul (jaggery) and let it melt completely. Add some ghee to help the jaggery remain moist. Keep stirring the mixture till the gul melts completely.
– When it changes colour, remove it from the flame and let it rest for some time. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
– Take a bowl, add til (sesame seeds), crushed groundnut, chopped cashews, raisins & grated coconut. Mix all the ingredients.
– Add the til mixture to gul and mix well. Apply some ghee or water to your hand and start making ladoos. The ladoos tastes best hot or cold.
