Reshmi Biryani Recipe in Marathi – How to Make Chicken Reshmi Biryani – Archana Arte

Ingredients:-
750 grams Chicken
2 tbsp ginger, garlic, green chili paste
100-gram curd
Mint leaves
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup fresh cream
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
4tbsp oil
5 fried onions
1 small cup Lime juice

Method:-
In a bowl add chicken, ginger, garlic, green chili paste, curd, mint leaves, coconut milk, fresh cream, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Mix them well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
In a wok, heat some oil and once the oil is hot add the chicken mixture to the wok and mix them well.
Add 1/2 cup fried onions and keep the rest for later.
Mix the rice well and close the lid.
Now start layering the chicken gravy with pre-cooked rice, fried onions, mint leaves and pour some lime juice on it.
Make some space between the rice, so that it cooks well.
Close the lid and let it cook.
Our Chicken Reshmi is ready to be served.
