Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
For Preparing Rasam:
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 10-12 Curry Leaves
– 1 tbsp Split White Lentils
– 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
– 1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas (cooked)
– 2 tbsp Rassam Masala
– 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– Salt
– 3 cups Water
For Preparing Vada:
– 1 cup Split White Lentils (soaked & ground)
– 1 tbsp Dried Coconut (grated)
– Coriander Leaves
– Salt
– Oil For Frying
For Preparing Tempering:
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 Dried Red Chilli
– 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
– Coriander Leaves
