Ingredients:-
½ kg. or 4 Raw Mangoes (Totaapuri)
1 tsp. Salt
Water
½ kg. Sugar
Strands of Saffron
3-4 Clove Pods
Method:-
– In a saucepan add raw mangoes, water and salt. Cover with a lid and let it cook until steam arises.
– Add sugar, saffron and clove pods and mix it well until the raw mangoes become translucent.
– Turn the flame off and let the Muramba cool down to room temperature.
Sweet and sour Raw Mango Muramba is ready to serve!

I think moramba was not sweet at all. It was sour. Please see mithila’s face at 12:04 to 12:06. She makes that”ambat” face. Lol. But I always wanted to watch moramba receipe so I enjoyed it very much.

Was superbly surprised 2know mithila brought up her " ZAAT " In this ,like so sad .Was not xpecting from gen next .We r maharashtrian and should stick to that. No division needed.
