Mugache Ladoo | Recipe by Archana in Marathi | Indian Sweet | Moong Dal Laddu

Learn how to make Mugache Ladoo, a popular Indian sweet dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.
Ingredients:
250 gms Moong Dal
4 tbsp Ghee
100 gms Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Almonds, chopped
Pistachios, chopped
Raisins for garnishing
Method:
– In a pan heat some ghee. Add the moong dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes color.
– Once the moong dal changes color, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down.
– After the moong dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder.
– In the same pan again heat some ghee. Add the moong dal powder and mix well for some time.
– Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
– Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pistachios. Mix everything well with your hands.
– Take some portion of the mixture and start making laddus.
– Garnish each laddu with a raisin.
– Delicious Mugache Ladoo are ready to be served.
