Ingredients:
2 Cups Cabbage, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Flour Dough

२ कप कोबी, चिरलेला
२ कांदे, चिरलेले
२ tbsp तेल
१/२ tsp मोहरी
२ हिरव्या मिरच्या, तुकडे करून
१/२ tsp हळद
कोथिंबीर
मीठ
कणीक
Method:
To Make the Stuffing
– In a pan heat some oil. Then add the mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped onion & salt. Mix everything well.
– Add chopped cabbage and again mix everything well.
– Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
– Remove it from the flame. Grate some cheese and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.
To Make the Parathas
– Make a soft dough with flour, oil and water.
– Make small size round balls to make flat rotis.
– Fill the stuffing in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video.
– Heat up some oil on a pan. Roast the parathas till they show brown spots.
– Serve these Gobi Parathas with curd or tomato sauce.
