Ingredients:-
1500ml Milk
⅓ cup Sugar
Cardamom Powder
Method:-
– In a kadhai heat milk and add sugar to it. Keep stirring continuously and cook for 2 hours or until a lump is formed.
– Cool down to room temperature.
– Add cardamom powder and mix well.
– Make pedhas with the lump that is formed as shown in the video.
Kandi Pedha is ready to eat!
