Ingredients:
250 Gms Rice Grains
100 Gms Jowar
100 Gms Bajara
100 Gms Wheat Grains
1 tbsp Gram Dal
1 tbsp Urad Dal
1 tbsp Moong Dal
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Mix Masala
1 Cup Water
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

१०० gms ज्वारी
१०० gms बाजरी
१०० gms गहू
१ tbsp चणा डाळ
१ tbsp उडद डाळ
१ tbsp मुगाची डाळ
१ tbsp जिरं
१ tbsp धणे
१/४ tsp हळद
१ tsp Mix मसाला
१ कप पाणी
मीठ
तळण्यासाठी तेल
Method:
– To make the bhajani flour, heat a pan. Dry roast all the grains starting from rice, jowar, bajara, wheat, gramdal, urad dal, moong dal, cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Keep them aside.
– Grind all the ingredients in a mixer. Bhajani flour is ready.
– In a round bottom pan, heat some water. Add turmeric powder, salt, mix masala and very little oil. Bring the water to a boil and then switch off the flame.
– Add the bhajani flour and mix well. Let the mixture cool down for some time.
– Then make a dough of that mixture by adding little water.
– Shape the kadboli as shown in the video.
– Fry the kadboli in hot oil till it changes colour.
– Serve the crispy Kadboli with hot tea.
