Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Wheat Flour
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Water
Oil for frying
साहित्य:
१/२ किलो गव्हाचे पीठ
३ tbsp तेल
१/२ tsp मीठ
पाणी
तळण्यासाठी तेल
Method:
– To make a dough for puri, in a bowl add wheat flour, oil and salt. Mix everything well.
– Then add water and mix everything well to form a medium soft dough. Keep the dough aside for 5 minutes.
– Take small portions of the dough and make round balls.
– Apply little oil to the rolling board and start rolling into small rotis. Similarly keep all the rotis ready for frying.
– In a hot oil, fry the puris on golden color.
– Serve the hot puri with bhaji or shrikhand.
