Ingredients:
For Preparing Flax Seed Chutney:
– 1 cup Javas (Flax Seeds)
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
– Sprig Of Curry Leaves
– 1 tsp Oil
– 10-15 Garlic Cloves
– Salt
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
For Preparing Karal Chutney:
– 1 cup Niger Seeds
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1 tbsp Dried Coconut (grated)
– Sprig of Curry Leaves
– 1 tsp Oil
– 4-5 Dried Red Chillies
– 15-20 Garlic Cloves
– Salt
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
For Preparing Sesame Seeds Chutney:
– 1 cup Sesame Seeds
– 4-5 Dried Red Chillies
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 15-20 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
– Salt
For Preparing Coconut Chutney:
– 1 cup Dried Coconut (chopped)
– 25-30 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 8-10 Dried Red Chillies
– 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
‘- Salt
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 10-12 Curry Leaves (chopped)
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
