आज मुग्धा ताई घेऊन आल्या आहेत ” Crispy Fafda – फाफडा ” Recipe!

Recipe Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Carom Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Baking Soda + Water
1/4 cup Water
Oil

For Preparing Papaya Chutney:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Asafoetida
2 Green Chillies
8-10 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Split Gram Lentils (soaked & crushed)
1 cup Raw Papaya
Water
Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Oil (for frying)

Green Chillies (slit)
