Ingredients:
200 gms Mawa / Khawa, grated
5 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashews, chopped
Almonds, chopped
Orange Color
Method:
– In a pan add grated mawa and sugar. Mix well.
– Keep stirring till the sugar melts.
– Allow the mixture to cool down for 3-4 hours.
– Then add cardamom powder and mix well.
– Add chopped cashews and almonds. Mix well.
– Put a portion of the mixture in the modak mould and make small size modak.
– Add orange color to the remaining dough and similarly make all the modaks.
– Dry Fruit Modak is ready to be served.
