Chef दिपाली माशेलकर घेऊन आल्या आहेत -Dahi Vangi – दही वांगी

Ingredients:-
250 Gms Brinjal (cut into quarters)
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Fresh Coconut(grated)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
3 Green Cardamom Pods
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 cup curd
Salt
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Mint Leaves
