Learn how to make dahi bhaat a quick curd & rice preparation from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani Basic Cooking. This is a perfect recipe from left over rice.
Ingredients:
Boiled Rice
1 Cup Curd
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
15-16 Curry Leaves
3-4 Dry Red Chillies
Method:
– In a bowl add boiled rice, curd, coriander leaves & salt. Mix well.
– For tempering heat some oil.
– Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves & dry red chillies. Stir well.
– Add the tempering to the rice and mix well.
– Curd rice is ready to be served.

Easy recipe madam, so nice
I want dal khichdii
I would prefer to put thick raw curd directly on cooked rice and sprinkling a pinch of salt. That's it. It tastes awesome. If you go through so much of processes then you loose the taste of raw curd. But the lady is doing nice job.
