Corn Kurma – कणसाचा कोरमा is vegetarian main course Kurma gravy recipe, mainly made from sweet corns. This delicious khurma curry is rich in taste because of the spices and masala gravy made. You can serve this veg corn korma with chapati, naan or rice!
Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1/2 tsp Butter
– 2 Black Cardamoms
– 1 Large Onion (chopped)
– 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
– 1 cup Corn Kernels
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tsp Sugar
– Salt
For Paste:
– 3 tbsp Fresh Coconut
– 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds (roasted)
– 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
– 1 cup Curd (beaten)
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
