3 Byadagi Chillies
3 Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
Tamarind Pulp
Water (as required)
250 gms Chicken
2 tbsp Curd
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Ghee
1 Onion (finely chopped)
Ghee
12-15 Curry Leaves
Jaggery
Black Pepper Powder
Water (as required)
