Ingredients:-
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 green chillies chopped
500 gm cauliflower florets
500 gm potatoes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup milk
1 tsp garam masala
Juice of a lemon
½ tsp turmeric powder
1” ginger juliennes
Salt to taste
¼ cup fresh coriander finely chopped

Method:-
– Steam the potatoes and the cauliflower.
– Heat the ghee and add the cumin seeds and the green chillies.
– Add the chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, yoghurt and the milk and fry for 3-4 minutes then add the salt.
– Add potatoes and the cauliflower and sauté it well.
– Sprinkle the garam masala powder, coriander, lemon juice and the ginger and cover and cook for a minute.
– Serve hot with chapati or naan.
