Ingredients:
For Garam Masala
2 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamoms
3 Greem Cardamoms
6 Rose Chestnuts
1 Mace
1 Star Anise
1 Small Nutmeg
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
15 Black Peppercorns
6 Cloves
Black Stone Flower
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 cup Dry Coconuts (grated)
2 Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Oil
6 Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 inch Ginger
1/2 cup Water
4 tbsp Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 kg Chicken
1 ltr Water
Method: Let’s start with putting bay leaves in the wok with Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamoms, Greem Cardamoms, Rose Chestnuts, Mace, Star Anise, Small Nutmeg, Cumin Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Black Stone Flower, Black Cumin Seeds Saute for 2 minutes then add Poppy Seeds cook it for 1 minute.
Next, let it cool down then add to the grinder and grind it a coarse. Now add Dry Coconuts in the Wok and cook it the same way.
Next, add Onion (sliced) Saute it till it turn golden brown. Now add Oil with Garlic Cloves, Ginger again saute for few moments.
Next, take it out in the plate and grind it to small paste then add Water.
Now heat up the Oil in the Wok then add Onion (chopped) saute it for a minute and now add Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, 1 Kg Chicken.
Next, mix the chicken properly and let it cook for 4 minutes on high flame then add Onion Paste, again saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add Water, Salt and let it cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed. After 20 minutes take it out in the Serving bowl and your Warhadi Chicken is ready to serve.
