Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
– 3 tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
– 1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas (soaked)
– 1 cup Split Green Gram (soaked)
– 1 cup Rice (soaked)
– Salt
– 1 1/2 cup Water
– Spinach (chopped)
– 1 tbsp Biryani Masala
– 1/2 cup Water
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 10 Garlic Cloves
– 1 Dried Red Chilli
