Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
¼ kg. Red Pumpkin, grated
150 gms. Jaggery
Salt, to taste
1½ cup Wheat flour
Oil for frying
Method:-
– In a pan add 1 tbsp. oil, red pumpkin, jaggery, salt and mix well until jaggery melts.
– Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
– Then add wheat flour to this mixture.
– Now add 1 tbsp. Oil and knead into a dough.
– Make small balls of the dough and flatten them with a rolling pin as shown in the video.
– Heat oil and fry these until fluffy.
Bhoplyache Gharge are ready to eat!

मी आधी कुकर मध्ये भोपळा शिजून थंड करून घेते त्यात गुळ,बसेल तेवढे पीठ, मीठ घालून मिळून घेते आणि थोडया वेळाने पुरी बनवते छान होतात .तुमची पण पद्धत छान आहे.
