5-6 Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1 cup Hung Curd
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Coriander & Mint Paste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (dry roasted)
1 tbsp Gram Flour (dry roasted)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
½ Green Capsicum (cubed)
4 tbsp Oil
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
5-6 Cloves
5 Onions (sliced)
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Coriander & Mint Paste
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Biryani Masala
¼ cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
¼ cup Water
½ cup Curd
Hot Charcoal
Mustard Oil
Water (as required)
4 cups Cooked Basmati Rice
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Saffron Infused Water (as required)
Fried Onions (as required)
Fried Potatoes (as required)
Fried Cashew Nuts (as required)
Raisins (as required)
