Ingredients:
3 tbsp Refined Flour
3 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 Lemon juice
Salt
10-12 Curry leaves, chopped
Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Tandoor Colour
Water
15-20 Baby Potatoes, boiled
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, tandoor colour, water, mix well and turn into a batter.
Add the baby potatoes into the mixture, mix and see t it all the potatoes are coated well.
Heat oil in a vessel and fry the potatoes in it.
